We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Machine Learning to join a US-based B2B SaaS product company. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a talented team and drive innovative machine learning solutions at scale.

• Experience: 9+ years in machine learning, with 3+ years of people management experience leading teams of 7+ members

🔍 Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science or a related field

• Proven track record in building and deploying ML models for batch, streaming, and real-time use cases

• Proficient in Python for model development and data manipulation, with experience in Java or Scala for production systems


• Hands-on experience with:

  • Messaging Queues: Kafka, SQS
  • MLOps Tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
  • Containerization Technologies: Docker, Kubernetes
  • ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch
  • Databases: Elasticsearch, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with data processing tools like Apache Spark and Kafka
  • Strong expertise in monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) and distributed computing environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
