Job Title: DevOps Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipeline management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deploying, monitoring, and securing cloud-based systems while leveraging modern automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems using Prometheus, Nagios, ELK, and Datadog.
• Manage and optimize container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker.
• Ensure cloud security best practices, including IAM roles, policies, and automated security testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline application deployments and ensure uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services: ECS, EKS, API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, IAM, S3, VPC, RDS, CloudFormation, and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Nagios, ELK Stack, and Datadog.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Programming skills in Python are a plus.
• Certification in Cloud Security is an added advantage.
