Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Engineering Manager to join our Client's growing team. This executive-level position is based in Noida and will operate on a full-time, hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will bring between 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience, providing strong leadership and expertise in blockchain technology to drive our projects forward.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in blockchain technology, with a strong understanding of its principles and applications (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise with Hyperledger Fabric (Mandatory skill)
• Experience as an engineering manager, overseeing technical teams and projects (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in developing decentralized applications and understanding their ecosystems
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency mechanisms and technologies
• Hands-on experience with Node.js/MERN Technology for server-side development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for both front-end and back-end development
• Experience with MongoDB for database management and operations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of blockchain engineers, providing guidance and mentorship
• Design, develop, and implement blockchain-based solutions and applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of blockchain applications
• Maintain and enhance existing blockchain infrastructure and applications
• Keep up-to-date with the latest blockchain trends, tools, and technologies
• Implement best practices for blockchain development and engineering management
• Drive continuous improvement within the team to optimize processes and deliverables
