Job Title: Founding Engineer - Backend (Python) 

Location: HSR, Layout, Bengaluru (On-site)

Job Description: 

As a Founding Software Engineer - Backend, you will be pivotal in building and scaling backend systems for our AI-driven sales platform. Working closely with technical leadership, you will design and deploy solutions that improve the GTM strategies of B2B companies.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Python and Django. 

- Implement and optimize data storage with MongoDB. 

- Ensure scalability and reliability through AWS infrastructure. 

- Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. 

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting for optimal software quality. 

- Contribute to architectural decisions and product strategies in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications: 

- 2+ years of experience in backend development with Python and Django. 

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and AWS. 

- Strong grasp of software development best practices (version control, CI/CD, testing). 

- Experience in startups is a plus. 

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. 

- Passion for building scalable systems that deliver business value.
