Your Role:

• Build and maintain robust backend systems and APIs using Python and Django.
• Optimize and manage data storage with MongoDB.
• Ensure scalability and reliability using AWS infrastructure.
• Translate client requirements into high-quality solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to deliver superior software quality.
• Play a critical role in architectural and product strategy within a dynamic startup setup.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Python and Django.
• Proficiency in MongoDB and AWS.
• Strong grasp of software development best practices like version control, CI/CD, and testing.
• Experience in startups is a plus, with the ability to problem-solve independently.
• A passion for building scalable, client-centric systems.
• Bonus: Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, Generative AI, NLP, or LLMs.

Preferred Background:

• Industries like Product, eCommerce, or AI.
• Additional expertise in ElasticSearch, distributed systems, or high-volume web applications is a big plus.

Who You Are:

• Skilled in at least one high-level language like Python or JavaScript.
• Familiar with HTML/CSS and advanced JavaScript for front-end integrations.
• Knowledgeable in SQL and database design fundamentals.
• A strong communicator with a proven track record in tech product management.
