About the Role: 

Talent Nexa is hiring an AI Engineer for our B2B SaaS Product startup client based in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of AI experience who has previously worked in AI product startups and is excited about joining a founding team. You’ll be working with advanced AI platforms like OpenAI and Anthropic Claude to drive innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

- AI Model Development: Build, test, and deploy models across NLP, LLMs, RAG, and generative AI.

- Collaboration: Engage with product teams and stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.

- Research & Innovation: Stay updated on AI advancements and integrate new tools as needed.

- Prototyping: Design and prototype scalable AI features tailored for a startup environment.

- Data Analysis & Modeling: Preprocess and analyze data to enhance model accuracy.

- Deployment: Ensure models are optimized for production use, focusing on performance and scalability.

Qualifications: 

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related fields from top institutes (IIT, IIIT, BITS, NIT, VIT, or similar).

- Technical Skills:

 - Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and programming languages like Python.

 - Experience in Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and platforms such as OpenAI.

- Soft Skills: 

 - Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

 - Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.

- Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (FTF) only in Bengaluru.
