Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join a growing B2B SaaS Product startup client located in USA.

As a key member of the team, you will work directly with advanced AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and more. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep curiosity and hunger to explore new AI applications in areas like video, speech-to-text, large language models (LLM), natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, and beyond. If you're collaborative, innovative, and passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI technology, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI Solutions: Build, test, and deploy AI models across various platforms, with a focus on LLM, RAG, NLP, generative AI, video analysis, and speech-to-text.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with other engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver AI solutions that drive business value.
• AI Research & Development: Stay at the cutting edge of AI technologies by researching emerging trends and integrating new tools and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.).
• Prototype New AI Systems: Explore, design, and prototype new AI-driven features and functionalities, with a focus on scaling solutions in a startup environment.
• Data Analysis & Modeling: Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to improve the performance and accuracy of AI models.
• AI Deployment: Optimize models for production use, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and efficient future development.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields from top-tier institutes like IIT, IIIT, BITS, NIT, VIT, or similar, with preference for candidates from these institutions.

• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms and model development.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Experience in developing Generative AI, Computer Vision, LLM, RAG, NLP, and generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with AI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model evaluation.
