Job Overview

We are looking for a Relationship Manager (RM) to join our team in Kochi. As an RM, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions
• Act as a point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns
• Understand the products and services offered by the company and effectively communicate them to clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to meet client requirements
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the company's capabilities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client relationships
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet or exceed client expectations
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Stay updated with industry developments and continuously improve knowledge and skills

Any Graduation

Min. 1 Year Experience

In field Sales Banking, Insurance,Travel& Tourism, Healthcare Etc.

Fluency in Malayalam

Age Below 33
