We are hiring a Manager (Accounting & Finance) to join our team at Talent Integrators. As a Manager (Accounting & Finance), you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance operations of our company.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant
• 4 to 6 years of experience in financial accounting and taxation
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Experience with auditing and preparation of financial statements
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Good communication and leadership abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Finalizing the books of Accounts, coordinating Audits including Statutory Audit, Roles & Responsibilities Internal Audit, Departmental Audit, and External Audit.
• Preparation of Quarterly and annual Finalization & Consolidation of Accounts.
• Preparation of Financial Statements with the applicability of Ind AS or IFRS as applicable.
• Well-versed with Direct and Indirect taxation procedures i.e. preparing and filing of Income Tax, TDS, Goods and Service Tax (GST) returns, ESI/PF returns.
• Cost Statements - Product Cost, Variance Reports, Standard Costing, etc.
• Monthly MIS - Profitability statement, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, Product costing, and contribution statement for each product.
• Profitability Calculation. Project-wise profitability and Actual cost vs Estimated cost. Cost control on the project.
• Handle the company’s finance activities through consortium of Banks with Funds & Non - Fund Based limits including Cash Credit, Term Loan, LC & BG Limit,
• Foreign & Inland Bill Discounting, Foreign Currency Demand Loan & Forex Hedging.
• Well-versed with Import/Export procedures.
• Well-versed in Branch Accounting.
• Well-versed with procedures of taking Licenses/registrations required for Manufacturing Industries.
• Well-versed in the process of making DPR, Projections, etc.
