Job Description
Responsible for monthly sales forecasting and ensuring inventory for the same.
Monitoring sales and achieving targets with the team.
Auditing the payment history of dealers and clients and revising the credit limit basis of the payment outstanding.
Work strategically with the management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions.
Territory mapping & market segmentation to identify customer groups.
Ensure the outstanding payments are done within the defined timelines.
Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, construction activity, key trends, and market dynamics.
Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics, and potential business opportunities.
Support peers & team for effective deal closure.
Ensure the highest standards of compliance with company policies, processes, and value structure. Prepare an annual budget to meet marketing and sales financial goals.
Experience
Prior Work Experience in the electrical industry shall be given preference.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
