Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior SEO Specialist to lead SEO efforts and drive organic growth for us and our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, managing SEO campaigns, and delivering measurable results. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our clients' online presence, increasing organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve the organic visibility and search engine rankings of our clients' websites.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and opportunities for optimization.
• Lead technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues impacting website performance and search engine crawlability.
• Manage on-page optimization efforts, including content optimization, meta tags, and internal linking strategies.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, outlining key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in SEO and search engine technology.
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website development and content creation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Agency experience in SEO management.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
