Job Overview

We are seeking a QuickBook Accountant to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and have a strong understanding of accounting principles, including US Accounting standards.

Job Timing: Night Shift (CST Time Zone) - 08:30pm to 05:30am.

• US Accounting experience (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in financial reporting with an ability to interpret and analyze financial statements.
• Attention to detail to accurately record and reconcile financial transactions.
• Analytical skills to evaluate financial data and provide insight into business performance.
• Ability to reconcile accounts ensuring accuracy and timely updates to financial records.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions using QuickBooks.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
• Reconcile company accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and assessments.
• Work closely with other departments to provide accounting support and insights.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations in financial practices.
