Role Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our client’s US Accounts department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our US accounting operations, including financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting. The Manager will lead a team of accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial information and compliance with US GAAP standards.

Role Description:

• Managing and executing Restaurant and law firm accounting assignment and projects
• Project management and knowledge transfer to the team member on the project outline
• Training of team members
• Bandwidth analysis based on work and complexity of the clients
• Suggesting and recommending workflow and task automization
• Weekly meeting with staffs for identifying improvement area and designing the training session for the same.
• Suggesting best way to appraise / reward / recognize team members
• Identifying and implementing KPIs decided by management
• Employee engagement and participation in the office events
• Industry wise standardization of the processes across all the clients
• Client work load analysis for revising rate
• Creating and modifying the SOPs as and when require
