Team Management
• Manage a team of Sr., Mid Level & Junior copywriters
• Define Expectations, evaluate & increase team performance with daily, weekly and monthly meetings
• Inspiring and motivating the team through defined activities, and exercises for better team bonding.
• Review/Feedback in hiring processes, annual performance reviews, termination, & promotions.
• First point of contact for new briefs/new projects from the client services team.
• Ensuring that each and every team member follows the defined SOP for all projects assigned.
Project Management
• Complete ownership of brands assigned - Retainers, websites & Adhoc
• Develop & implement communication strategies, ensuring that the copy/content has been developed as per the brief.
• Reviewing and revising content for accuracy and quality, including spelling, grammar, punctuation and syntax
• Ensuring correct tone, voice, clarity, flow and structure of content as per each brand’s identity & positioning.
• Setting up deadlines in collaboration with the CS team, and meeting deadlines, consistently.
• Personally handling critical/high value projects.
Communication Strategies
• Leading the development of unique communication strategies through research and analysis for the projects or
projects, along with documentation of the research data.
• Creative Brief Generation based on the template provided by the agency.
Client & Team Liaisons
• Gathering documented briefs from the client or CS teams for particular projects or projects.
• Providing the brief to designated team members.
• Ensuring high client satisfaction index.
Pitches, Awards & Presentations Development
• Development of presentations for new strategies, upsell/cross sell objectives for pitches or existing clients.
• Development of presentations for research & analysis done for particular project or project objectives.
• Research & setting up opportunities for Awards.
Project Health Management, Reporting & Retention
• Overseeing the overall health of the project in terms of their copy/content strategies with
• Timely Deliverables
• Forecasted Results
• Review/Feedback & Implementation
• Weekly and monthly reporting with hods on multiple factors such as, but not limited to
