We are actively looking for an experienced US Bench Sale Recruiter. Bench Sales Recruiter have the expertise of selling bench consultants, which included searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, negotiating rates, and closing. Involved in sales, i.e., providing bench consultants to vendors and clients for requirements.
Responsibilities: -
Working directly with end-user requirements, such as Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation Partners
Proficient in sourcing jobs/Vendor Details & clients through job boards, social Media post, LinkedIn and through surfing browser.
Organizing interviews with tier one vendors or end users.
Obtaining bench consultant requirements from a variety of sources such as Prime Vendors, job portals, and other networking sites. Keeping track of the bench consultants' start and end dates
Formatted resume for next appearance and submitted it to vendor according to consultant’s comfort level.
Follow up with vendors on interview schedules, as well as coordination between consultants and vendors.
Organize interview calls for consultants and do everything possible to place them on projects as soon as possible.
Following the interview, follow up with the client, preferred vendors, and candidate.
We collaborated with prime vendors to avoid using middle layers.
Skills: -
Daily communication with consultants and updates on submissions and interviews.
Organizing interviews with tier one vendors or end users.
Follow up with the candidate and client at each stage until the candidate is closed.
Cold calling should be used to generate leads in order to acquire new direct clients.
Should be able to manage the entire Bench sales cycle.
Should have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must be a self starter, need to be self motivated to work in team and Individually.
Must have the skill find and handle client/Vendor requirements and create a long term association
Instead of presenting problems, one should offer solutions.
Experience: -1 to 3years
Timings: - US Time (Night Shift)
