Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Executive to join our team at Talentfleet Solutions. As a Backend Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our Finance function-focused Talent solutions. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience, based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of Finance function-focused talent solutions
- Support CFOs and organizations in solving financial problems and completing various financial activities
- Handle backend operations related to audit, annual planning, ERP transition, reconciliation, and data collation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for financial activities
- Provide timely reports and updates to the management team
- Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions to improve operational efficiency
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Job roles and responsibilities:
1. Coordination with internal team
2. Coordination with partners to get invoice on time.
3. Validate the invoices with admin data
4. Manage the fresh desk tool
5. Email follow ups
6. Prepare the data for monthly, weekly meetings based on the invoice calculation
7 . Good Excel Knowledge to complete validation, to manage the daily update on excel
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
