Responsibilities

 Create presentations/pitchdecks for clients based on discussions with them & obtaining a

business understanding.

 Conduct industry specific research to understand demand, growth and key metrics in public

domain.

 Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to

key performance indicators.

 Create financial projections with appropriate assumptions for companies based on

information collected.

 Preparing competitive analysis and benchmarking based on various parameters

 Assist in conducting business valuation and prepare valuation reports.

 Assistance in Financial Due Diligence reviews

Qualifications

Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience (CA/CFA/MBA)

 1 - 3 years' financial modeling experience

 1-3 years' pitchbook preparation experience

 Advanced knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint
