Key Responsibilities: Continuously meet / exceed agreed business targets Explore new business opportunities, identify prospects & pursue leads / proposals and on-board clients Responsible for overall operations and services and continuous assess / monitor performance of operations Development and deployment of system and software for NPS business Complete compliance to all existing regulatory norms and any new compliance and submit periodic reports to management Handle Audits (Internal, External and Regulatory) On boarding of Corporate clients Proper and timely billing and collection thereof Ensure proper warehousing of records / documents Maintain relationship with clients Compiling and analysing sales figures, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports/Work Reports MIS to HOD Qualifications / Experience Meeting Annual Operating Plan Acquisition and development of Channel partners Hiring competitive team as per business requirement Development of service platform and service delivery Post Graduate in Commerce. Preferable relevant experience in similar role 5 years or more Domain knowledge, team leadership skills, fair communication & proactive approach
