Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at TalentCrafters Solutions. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong client relationships. This is a full-time position located in Noida sector 25, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of UCaaS, CPaaS, and VoIP selling strategies
  • Familiarity with UCaaS/CPaaS platforms and Cloud PBX products
  • Experience in conducting ROI and TCO analysis for UCaaS solutions
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation processes
  • Keep updated on industry developments, products, and trends
