Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales and Field Sales Representative. You will call potential and existing customers and also meet them in person to explain our insurance products and help them make a purchase.

Qualification and skills

• Work Experience- Minimum 8 months to 1 year of Field/Direct Sales experience. Need Immediate joiners with all the documents from the last organization.
• Education: UG or above
• Communication: Excellent speaking and listening skills.
• Age - 18-30 years
• Language -English and kanada. English must be excellent and Fluent kanada.
• Vehicle- 2 wheeler with DL is mandatory.

Role & responsibilities for females

• Make Calls: Call potential and existing customers to talk about our insurance products.
• Understand Needs: Listen to customers and understand what they need.
• Provide Information: Explain our insurance plans clearly.
• Sales: Encourage customers to buy insurance and meet sales targets.
• Record Keeping: Keep track of customer calls and sales in our system.
• Follow Up: Call customers to ensure they are happy with their purchase.

Key Responsibilities for males

• Make Calls: Call potential and existing customers to talk about our insurance products and generate interest.
• Meet Customers: Visit customers to provide detailed information about our insurance plans and close sales.
• Understand Needs: Listen to customers and understand their insurance needs.
• Provide Information: Explain our insurance options clearly and accurately.
• Sales: Sell insurance products both over the phone and in person, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Record Keeping: Keep track of customer interactions and sales activities in our system.
• Follow Up: Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients.
• Travel: Travel within the designated area to meet with customers.

Preferred candidate profile
