Salary - 3 to 3.60 LPA

Experience - 5-10 Years

Educational Qualification: B.E/Btech Civil

Role Location - Gurugram (Should be flexible as per Project Sites)

Job Description:

• Project Planning and Design:

- Collaborating with architects, designers, and project managers to develop project plans and designs.

- Conducting feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project requirements and constraints.

- Preparing detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and construction plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

• Site Management and Supervision:

- Overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.

- Supervising construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.

- Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity on-site and implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Project Coordination and Communication:

Act as primary contact for clients, project managers, and regulatory authorities. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues, manage risks, and ensure project alignment. Provide regular updates for transparency.

• Quality Assurance and Control:

Implement processes to ensure construction materials and work meet standards. Conduct inspections, identify issues, and take corrective actions to maintain quality

• Cost Estimation and Budgeting:

Estimate project costs, develop budgets, and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to budget constraints and identify cost-saving opportunities in construction projects.

• Risk Management and Mitigation:

Identify and mitigate risks in construction projects, including environmental, safety, and regulatory concerns. Address technical challenges to ensure project success.

• Environmental and Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to environmental regulations, building codes, and zoning laws. Obtain permits, maintain documentation, and incorporate sustainable design principles to minimize environmental impact in construction projects.

• Technical Research and Innovation:

Stay updated on emerging technologies and materials to improve project efficiency and sustainability. Conduct technical research to solve complex engineering challenges and optimize outcomes. Drive continuous improvement in construction processes
