Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 18,000 to 22,000 INR per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week (Male and female candidates are eligible)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to identify, research, and contact senior-level executives across various business sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting compelling business propositions to decision-makers, with the aim of increasing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish contact with key decision-makers and deliver intelligent business propositions compliant with company requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication throughout the business proposition process and closing deals.
  • Meet personal and company targets regularly, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, managing expectations and delivering on commitments.
  • Ensure all business activities are fully compliant with company requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain and update the company's CRM system accurately.
  • Lead by example in achieving personal revenue targets and contributing to team revenue goals.
  • Continuously improve performance levels and develop across all skill sets and market channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience, preferably from a BPO/KPO background. Freshers with good English communication skills are also welcome.
  • Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience in cold calling and managing a client database.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Sociable personality with the ability to network and self-motivate.
