Job Description:

join our team as an Area Head for the Delhi NCR region. As an Area Head, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to maximize revenue and achieve or surpass corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
• Conduct regular presentations, seminars, and meetings to educate and motivate the team.
• Review regional expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute regional goals.
• Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Address escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the broking industry, with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Strong skills in Equity Relationship Management, Inside Sales, Life Insurance, B2B Sales, Equity Sales, NISM-5, and Mutual Fund Distribution.

Eligible Degrees:

• MBA, BTech/BE, MTech/ME, BA, BSc, and equivalent degrees.
