The Junior Administrative Assistant will be a key contributor in providing vital support to the administrative team and various departments within the company. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to embark on a career in the construction industry and exhibit a strong passion for administrative tasks. We are specifically seeking female candidates with good communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Tally, and knowledge in administrative duties. Both fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document scanning.
Professionally handle incoming calls and emails, directing them appropriately.
Welcome and assist visitors and clients, ensuring a warm reception and addressing their needs.
Support the administrative team in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory in an organized manner.
Prepare and distribute internal communications such as memos, notices, and updates.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the administration manager or supervisor.
Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration is advantageous.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing assigned tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
Interest in the construction industry and willingness to develop knowledge in this field.
