Job Description:


• Financial Record Keeping:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries on Tally Prime.

- Recording financial transactions, such as invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses in hard copy and soft copy format.

- Ensuring that financial records comply with accounting standards and regulations.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for construction projects.

- Monitoring project budgets and expenditures to ensure adherence to financial plans.

- Providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making by project managers and senior management.

• Cost Control:

- Monitoring costs associated with construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead expenses.

- Identifying areas where costs can be reduced or controlled to improve project profitability.

- Implementing cost-control measures to prevent cost overruns and ensure projects remain within budget.

• Financial Reporting:

- Preparing financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.

- Generating financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities as required.

- Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

• Tax Compliance:

- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, including filing tax returns and remitting taxes to the appropriate authorities.

- Providing support during tax audits and inquiries by preparing necessary documentation and responding to queries from tax authorities.

• Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Assisting in financial planning activities, such as capital budgeting, investment analysis, and cash flow management.

- Conducting financiacl analysis to evaluate the financial performance of construction projects and identify areas for improvement.

- Developing financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
