ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES EXECUTIVE • Build relationships with existing customers. • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. • Researching prospects and generating leads. • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. • Promoting our brand to customers. • Gets the sales using various customer sales methods. • Identifying new business. • Getting appointments from Eye hospitals and visiting Doctors for business development. • Evaluate customer skills, and needs and build productive long-lasting relationships. • Attending meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments. • Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research. • Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services. • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues. • Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. • Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly on the status of field marketing activities. • Following customers for on-time payments. • Collecting pending payments. • Maintaining customer database. Requirements: • Any degree with 0-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role • Experience in the Spectacle frames market will be an added advantage • Proficiency in Tamil, Kannada, and English • Basic knowledge of MS Office • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques • Fast learner and passion for sales • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations • Four-wheeler licence
