Job Description For Tele Callers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, provide information, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling:
o Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
o Contact existing students to promote new products or services and address any concerns.
o Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Customer Service:
o Answer incoming calls and provide information about processing or services.
o Resolve students inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
o Build strong relationships with students through effective communication.
• Data Entry and Management:
o Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and sales.
o Update students information in the CRM system.
o Generate reports on call activity and sales performance.
• Sales:
o Achieve sales targets and quotas.
o Use effective sales techniques to persuade potential customers.
o Close deals and secure sales.
Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software
• Persuasive and convincing skills
