Role & responsibilities

• Program Development: Design and develop PLC programs for special purpose machines using programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram.
• System Integration: Integrate PLC systems with various hardware components, including sensors, actuators, HMIs, and other automation devices.
• Testing and Debugging: Perform thorough testing and debugging of PLC programs to ensure reliability, functionality, and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC systems and control circuits during the development, commissioning, and production phases.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including program descriptions, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of PLC systems into SPMs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Special Purpose Machine (SPM) Programming

- Siemens / Mitsubishi

- Knowledge of machine qualification ( FAT/SAT)

- Robotics Programming (Good to have)

- Programming experience (from Requirement to Implementation)

- 3+ years

- Travel to client sites (Commissioning)
