Role & responsibilities
Will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase market share for a leading coffee brand. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with extensive experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives and enhance brand presence.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive brand growth.
Brand Management:
Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity.
- Manage the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, promotional content, and digital assets.
- Ensure the brand is represented consistently across all channels and touchpoints.
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, using data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the brand remains competitive online.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute marketing events, including product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Customer Engagement:
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Engage with customers through various channels, including social media, email, and in-store promotions.
- Address customer feedback and complaints, striving to exceed customer expectations.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure marketing activities are cost-effective and within budget.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on marketing performance and initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5-10 Years in Marketing, preferably from food / beverage industries
- Experience in ATL /BTL campaigns
- Channel Marketing
- Digital Marketing - Exposure to handling Social Media Marketing / agencies
- MBA in Marketing preferred
