Key Responsibilities:

·        To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.

·        To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handlings objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service is always met.

·        To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.

·        Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and member relations department.

·        To keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training as and when required.

·        Any other activities as defined by the sales manager

·        Graduate- 15 years of education

·        Experience- 6 months in direct sales (B2B, B2C, field sales)

·        Two-wheeler- mandatory

·        Good Communication and presentation skills

·        6 days a week; no weekend off (1-day rotational week off from Monday to Thursday)

·         Compensation- Fixed CTC +1 LPA Retention Bonus (paid based on the quality of sales) +Travel allowance up to 4K (based on travel)+ Incentives based on sales target

·        Flexible to travel and time extension (based on customer needs)

·        Age- 24 - 35 Years (profile based)
