Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Executive for our office in Delhi. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment. The role is at a Junior level, requiring essential skills in candidate screening, negotiation, and talent acquisition, among others.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in candidate screening (Mandatory skill)
• Excellent negotiation abilities (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in talent acquisition techniques (Mandatory skill)
• Familiarity with various sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and resume databases
• Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates effectively
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients, including initial candidate contact, phone screening, interview scheduling, and offer release
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to ensure the right fit for the job roles and organizational culture
• Maintain updated records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process
• Collaborate with the human resources team to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals
