Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager ATL, BTL to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to increase the visibility and awareness of our company and products. You will also be responsible for managing brand performance and ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI). This is a senior-level position with a requirement of 7 to 10 years of experience in brand management.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager ATL, BTL or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of distribution strategies and marketing channels
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics
  • Ability to develop and execute brand strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in market planning and brand performance analysis
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing strategies to promote our company and products
  • Create and manage brand campaigns, including advertising materials, social media content, and other marketing collateral
  • Monitor brand performance and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and behaviors
  • Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to execute marketing initiatives
  • Manage the brand budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Work closely with the sales team to align brand strategies with sales objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in brand management
