Facilitation of project planning meetings for all approved innovation projects, ensuring project deliverables are well understood, and actions are agreed, communicated, and followed up. Preparation & updating project plans on MSP/Gantt chart or Spreadsheet applications at various stages.

Demonstrate competence across all elements of project management process, methods, techniques, and tools. Manage the work of various CFT members through periodic interaction and meetings, follow up and closure of deliverables.

Ideal Experience: 5-6 Years

Desirable Certifications: PMP/JEERA/SCRUM Good awareness of multiple business processes within FMCG companies ideally in beverages or food - Brand & Sales, Supply Chain & Operations, R&D, Regulatory & Compliance, Procurement, and IT.

Experience and a successful track record of managing and delivering a wide range of projects in the FMCG packaged goods domain.
