Financial Outcomes

Ù Preparation of Monthly Factory MIS (monthly book closure in terms of factory) with strict adherence to Cost Accounting Standards.

Ù Analyse manufacturing costs and preparing monthly reports comparing Standard vs Actual Production costs; Analyse changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost.

Ù Drive cost saving / productivity initiatives.

Ù Maintenance of Cost Accounting records / systems

Ù Manage Capitalisation and CWIP settlement.

Ù Exercise financial controls in the areas of Manufacturing, Warehousing & Supply Chain across locations.

Ù Updation and circulation of Costing sheet upon changes in cost drivers.

Ù Strict control on RM, PM and FG Inventory - planning according to Budgets; Report variations vs Budget and PY to senior management on an ongoing basis.

Ù Accruals for slow moving and Obsolete stock and inventory closing.

Ù Review of physical verification of Inventory and reconciliation with books.

 

Customer Service

Ù Work closely with the Departmental / Operations team in improvement opportunities to optimize the processes, decrease cost & Working Capital Optimization through innovative and transformation mindset.

Ù Working with Operations / TCPL SNOP team to reduce FG inventory across the value chain (CFA/Plants). This involves doing SKU rationalization & SKU segmentation with inputs on Working capital for each SKU.

Ù Ensure that all damage/expired stocks are cleared from the system to reduce system inventory.

Ù Partner in evaluating best model for expansion projects/new units.

Internal Processes

Ù Lead / Support for digitalization and automation to effectively improve ways of working.

Ù Drive improvements in processes and procedures.

 

Innovation and Learning

Ù Work together with Operations team for the preparation of Annual Budgets, Financial Forecasting and Medium-term plans.

Ù Partner with Operations team in evaluating Capex In terms of financial profitability.
