Assistant Manager-Export Projects

Company- Tata Consumer Products (Direct Role)

Experience- 5 -13 Years

Location -Bangalore

·        Must Have-

Stake holder engagement CFT, Knowledge of products, Dealing with food processing, Project Management, FMCG experience

·        Financial Outcomes

• Delivery all the Budgeted Lift and shift projects as agreed with the respective markets.
• Enhance revenue for the company.

·        Customer Service

·        Stake Holder engagement for timely deliverable of projects as per agreed time line

·        Supporting Marketing team, Planning team, Procurement team, Production plants and SAP team to ensure each activity are completed on time.

·        Internal Processes

·        Clear understanding of projects from the project sponsor

·        Identify all the stakeholder and from a CFT

·        Coordinate with Internal stakeholder for the respective activities.

·        Ensure compliance with TCPL for RM, PM and location of packing

·        Arrange for necessary trial for the respective activities as required

·        Update project status at regular intervals to all stakeholders

·        Arrange for FG creation and ensure FG creation on time

·        Support for artwork creation and obtain necessary approval from internal and external stakeholders on the artwork

·        Obtain orders from the project sponsor and inform the necessary stakeholders

·        Inform respective stakeholders to arrange the RM / PM for the commercial production

·        Confirm on the production slot and inform the timeline to project sponsor

·        Innovation and Learning

·        Contribute towards strategy Project Management Improvement and development. 

·        Implement good and best practices of stakeholder management

·        What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

·        Qualification: BE / BTECH/Graduate (MBA – Operations preferred)

·        Experience: 5-7 years’ experience in Project Management

·        What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

·        Knowledge and prior experience of Project Management, process & practices

·        Efficient communication

·        Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and solutioning mindset
