- Hands on knowledge for hardware software and troubleshooting basics.
- Knowledge on AD, DNS, DHCP core server components.
- IP addressing, Nat , Security concepts, Routing, switching, PRI, T1, E1 lines.
- Knowledge on Desktop laptop and Server hardware.
- Knowledge on VoIP communication like Alcatel lucent, Avaya, and Cisco voice devices.
- CM, Gateway, SM, SBC and SMGR
- Good knowledge on IT helpdesk ticketing flow process and escalation process
- Asset management and audit knowledge.
- Knowledge on OS Windows, Linux and other flavours.
