We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team at Synergy Measurement Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The role is a mid-level position based in Bangalore with a hybrid employment type. The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and deployment of applications, maintaining cloud infrastructure, and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience in the relevant field.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process and ensure continuous integration and delivery
• Strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles, with experience in tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
• Adept in monitoring and logging using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
• Ability to script and automate tasks using languages like Python and Bash
• Sound knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, VPN, load balancing, and firewalls
• Understanding of security best practices to ensure robust and secure systems

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software delivery process
• Automate infrastructure deployment and management using infrastructure as code tools
• Manage and monitor containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Set up and maintain robust monitoring and logging systems to ensure high reliability and performance
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and efficient integration of new software solutions
• Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the deployment and operational processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the cloud infrastructure, networking, or deployment pipelines
