Job Title: Trainee Production Associate

Location: Vasna, Chachravadi ( changodar)
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the production team in daily manufacturing activities.
- Observe and learn the production processes, including equipment operation, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Support the production team with assembly, machine setup, and materials handling.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of products by performing basic quality checks and reporting any defects or issues.
- Help with the maintenance and cleaning of production equipment and machinery.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and support in managing raw materials and components.
- Learn and follow safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor issues during production.
