Experience: 8-10 Years

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA/M.Sc (IT)

CTC: 20 to 22 Lacs + Performance Bonus + Other Benefits.

Detail Job Description:

• Software Development & Architecture: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core frameworks.
• Web API Development: Architect and develop RESTful APIs, ensuring robust security and efficient performance for cross-platform integrations.
• Front-End Development: Utilize JavaScript, jQuery, and other modern JavaScript frameworks to enhance the front-end experience of web applications.
• Database Management: Oversee the design and optimization of complex SQL queries, database schemas, and performance tuning for relational databases.
• Code Quality & Testing: Ensure high-quality code through comprehensive unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, translating business requirements into technical deliverables, and ensuring timely communication and project updates.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Delegate tasks effectively and drive team success.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with Web API development and integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and modern front-end frameworks (preferred).
• Strong experience in SQL for database design, optimization, and performance tuning.

Programming Skills:

• Deep understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
• Expertise in unit testing methodologies and frameworks.

Management & Communication:

• Excellent client communication skills for clear technical discussions and requirement gathering.
• Strong team management and leadership capabilities, including mentoring and task delegation.
