Position: Sr Accountant

Exp: 3 to 5 Years

Edu: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).

Location: Memnagar

Salary:35K to 45K

Job Description:

·  General Accounting & Record-Keeping:

• Process and post daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for accounting entries.

Tax Compliance & Filings:

• Assist with the preparation of sales tax, VAT, and other tax returns.
• Ensure that all tax filings are submitted accurately and on time.
• Keep updated on relevant tax regulations to ensure compliance.

·  Invoice Processing & Payment Handling:

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and ensure they are properly authorized before processing.
• Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports to ensure accurate cash flow management.

·  Bank Reconciliation & Cash Management:

• Perform bank reconciliations on a monthly or weekly basis, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Assist with daily cash flow management and ensure sufficient funds are available for operations.
• Track petty cash and ensure it is reconciled regularly.
