Job position : Senior HR Executive (From service sector)

Experience : 3 to 6 years

Gender: Male

Location : CG Road ,Ahmedabad

Qualification : Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

  •   Attendance & Payroll Management
  •   Recruitment of Staff as per company requirement.
  •   To co-ordinate with HR consultant.
  •   To conduct induction program for newly joined candidates.
  •    To update & maintain all HR related records.
  •   Implement & manage HR Policies, Procedures &      Performance Management System.
  •    Establish system for Training & Development of Staff Members.
  •    Should have knowledge of statutory/legal compliance.
  •    Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, Procedures, and policies.
  •    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  •    Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  •    Ability to work individually.
  •    Outstanding leadership skills.
  •    Good presentation and consulting abilities. 

    Benefits :

  • Working Days : 5 days a week (with 2 Saturdays working for India Shift) Working Hours : 10:30 to 7:30 (India Shift) 12:00 to 9:00 (US Shift)
  • Retirement Benefits : We are PF compliant. It is at the choice of the employee to opt for PF. The company will match the contribution made by such employee since the employee benefits are a part of the Cost to the Company (CTC)
  • Gratuity : On completion of 5 years
