Please find the job details:


Position: Senior executive purchase


Experience: 3 to 5 years


Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field


Salary: 30000 to 35000 depending on your interview performance and experience


Office Time: 09:30 to 06:30 (2nd and 4th Saturday off)


Key Responsibilities:


Procurement Management:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure the best possible

outcomes for the company.

• Issue purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and

services.

Supplier Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.

• Conduct regular supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance with company

standards.

Cost Management:

• Analyze market trends and conditions to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

• Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising

quality.

• Monitor and report on procurement spending and savings achieved.

Inventory Management:

• Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure that stock levels are maintained at

optimal levels.

• Ensure timely procurement of materials to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

• Assist in the development of inventory management policies and procedures.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements,

and ethical standards.

• Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.

• Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments such as production, finance, and quality control to

ensure seamless procurement operations.
