Our client a leading Gear Box Manufacturing company located at Changodar area of Ahmedabad is looking for staff for their manufacturing plant.
Position: Sales Coordinator
Experience: 1-3 years
Qualification: Any
Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad
Office Timing: 09:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: Rs. 17,000 to 27,000/Month
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities between the team and clients.
- Manage and maintain customer data and sales records.
- Prepare reports, quotations, and proposals.
- Respond to inquiries via email and calls with professionalism.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office and Internet usage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

We have a team of well-trained recruiters of relevant domains, who are not tele-callers, but expert recruiters, we mostly avoid job portals for searching of candidates to avoid duplicacy & to get passive candidates.
We use technical & cultural fit questionnaire to check candidates profile & shortlist only those candidates who are matching technically & culturally & submit these shortlisted resumes to client.
Once get feedback on submitted resumes, we will schedule interview of shortlisted candidates & if resumes rejected, we want feedback from client for reason of rejection, so we can improve our search for further submission of resumes.
We do all follow ups of candidates for interview, offer, joining & after joining.
