Position Title: Python Tech Lead

Location: Corporate Road, Ahmedabad

Work Timing: Flexible (9.5 Hours/Day) 5 Days/Week

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Python Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of talented developers, driving the architecture and development of robust and scalable Python applications, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Python developers. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high code quality, adherence to standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, and other stakeholders, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Introduce new tools and methodologies to improve the development process.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges. Provide solutions to complex problems and ensure the stability and performance of the applications.

Experience: Minimum of [5] years of experience in Python development, with at least [1.5] years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., Scrappy).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Python or software development are a plus.
