Our client is a Smart Air Quality Monitoring Solutions company offering data-driven environmental solutions for better decision making. Using our sensor-based hardware, we monitor various environmental parameters related to air quality, noise, odour, weather, radiation etc.

Designation: - Project Manager-India

Location: - Ahmedabad

Experience: - 2 - 3 years

Work timings: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm (5 days working)

Key Responsibilities:

•End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead multiple projects with a proactive mindset—plan, execute, and close projects on time, within scope and budget.

•Leadership & Team Coordination: Inspire cross-functional teams and direct technical staff to ensure smooth and timely implementation of environmental monitoring systems.

•Effective Communication: Serve as the single point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment at every stage.

•Issue Resolution: Tackle project roadblocks head-on—solve hardware/software issues and customer escalations with agility and ownership.

•Strategic Planning: Align project milestones with business goals—track costs, monitor quality, and initiate preventive actions for any delays or discrepancies.

•Customer-Centric Approach: Build strong relationships through regular updates, clear documentation, and prompt troubleshooting support.

•Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely shipment and delivery of project components.

•Reporting & Documentation: Maintain professional project reports, presentations, and client-facing documentation that reflect Oizom’s quality and innovation.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: B.Tech / B.E in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Control (E.C. / Electrical / I.C)

Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably in a tech or hardware-software integrated environment.

Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication in English/Hindi. You listen actively, articulate clearly, and present with confidence.

Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead by example, inspire teams, and work collaboratively across functions.

Proactiveness: You anticipate challenges and act early—a problem-solver, not just a problem-reporter.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using software applications, reporting tools, and project tracking platforms.

Electronics & Hardware Acumen: Strong understanding of electronics with the ability to grasp Company’s technical offerings quickly
