Our Client, a leading AHU & HVAC Products Manufacturing company requires Project Coordinator for the Ahmedabad Location.

Position: Project Coordinator(AHU/HVAC)

Experience: 3-5 years

Location: Corporate Road, Ahmedabad

Qualification: BE- Mechanical

Salary: 4-5 lacs per annum

Office time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days)

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently managing project execution, ensuring effective coordination between various stakeholders, and overseeing the successful completion of HVAC-related projects, particularly in AHU manufacturing. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills, along with a solid understanding of tender bidding, BOQ preparation, contracts, and technical aspects of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between different departments, including design, procurement, production, and sales teams.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met as per schedule.
• Assist in tender bidding processes, including understanding and preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Analyze and interpret contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Provide technical assistance in HVAC-related project coordination, especially in AHU manufacturing.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and contractors.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
• Support the project team in resolving technical and operational challenges.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience in tender bidding, BOQ preparation, and contract understanding.
• Sound technical knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly AHU manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination within the HVAC or manufacturing industry.
• Prior experience in AHU manufacturing or related projects will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with HVAC industry standards and regulations.
