Our client a leading ecommerce company in field of baby products & annual turnover of 150 crores & employee strength of 150 persons looking for staff for their production facility located at Moriya area of Ahmedabad.

Position: Production Manager

Experience: 5-8 Years 

Edu: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred experience in a production management role, preferably with ISBM machinery.

Salary: 6LPA-7.20 LPA

Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad

Position Overview: The Production Manager will oversee the ISBM production process, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality, and safety standards.

This role involves managing the production team, maintaining equipment, and implementing best practices to maximize output

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight: Manage daily operations of the ISBM production line, ensuring targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Process Optimization: Analyze production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Quality Control: Monitor production quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Maintenance Management: Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repairs of ISBM machinery.
• Inventory Management: Oversee raw materials and finished goods inventory, ensuring availability for production needs.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
• Reporting: Prepare and present production reports, metrics, and forecasts to upper management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred experience in a production management role, preferably with ISBM machinery.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in production management software and tools.

Skills:

Working Conditions: The position may require occasional overtime and is performed in a manufacturing environment, which includes exposure to machinery.
