Our client helps Amazon/E-Commerce businesses by providing tailored strategies with a mix of paid and unpaid promotions, to enhance their e-commerce presence through Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central Marketing. They are a team of experts in Amazon Advertising and Strategy, optimizing PPC campaigns to lower advertising costs, increase organic placements, and leveraging other opportunities to grow overall sales.
Position: Product Technical Support Executive/Customer Support
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Product Technical Support/Customer Support
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: Any graduate (Preferred education in AudioVisual)
Salary: 25-35k per month
Office time: 10:30 to 7:30 PM (Monday to Friday), Saturday: 2nd & 4th off (1st,3rd and 5th Half Day) Weekly Off on Sunday.
Job Role:
- Email support to US based clients for troubleshooting
- On call support only if required (no cold calling)
Required Skills:
- Need to be fluent in Written & Verbal English (Non-negotiable).
- Should be a smart individual who have good aptitude and analytical skills,
- Must have 2+ years of experience in product technical support
- Good to have knowledge of customer support tools such as Zendesk)
- Preferred education will be in AudioVisuals. However it is not a compulsion
