Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Engineer to join our Coil Shop team in Santej. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering. This role demands an in-depth knowledge of the HVAC coil manufacturing process and the ability to operate specialised equipment such as Fin Press and Mechanical Expander. Proficiency in brazing is a must, as well as basic operational skills in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HVAC Coil Manufacturing:

• Operate Fin Press and Mechanical Expander efficiently.
• Utilize your brazing skills to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Work collaboratively to achieve the daily production targets set for the Coil Shop.

1. Training and Skill Development:

• Act as a Brazing Trainer, imparting essential skills and techniques to team members.
• Provide ongoing training to staff to enhance their capabilities and ensure continuous skill upgradation.

1. Production Management:

• Allocate work to manpower effectively, ensuring maximum productivity.
• Monitor and report on production progress and address any issues that arise to maintain workflow continuity.

1. Night Shift Work:

• Be prepared to work night shifts as required to meet production demands and schedules.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC coil manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in operating Fin Press and Mechanical Expander.
• Strong brazing skills.
• Basic operational skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to train and mentor team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
