Position: Associate Project Engineer(Merchant Automation)
Qualification: - B.E- Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation Control
Experience:- 2 to 4 Years of experience in Merchant Automation.
Location:- Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Department:- Global Customer Support
Reports To:- Line Manager
Job Description:-
- 2+ years or relevant experience in Maritime industry with good track record.
- Experience in designing and maintaining marine automation systems.
- Familiarity with international maritime standards and regulations.
- Experience with Dynamic Positioning system is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage

Travel:-

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Design and develop automation systems for marine vessels and offshore platforms.
- Manage projects from specification to delivery and sea trials.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades of existing automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including sales, production, and innovation departments.
- Conduct testing and validation of automation systems in real-world conditions.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and crew members.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in marine automation.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for projects.
- Organize factory acceptance tests (FAT) with classification societies and customers.
- Commission systems remotely or on-site as required.
